Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal and gem prices, so our prices change as well.

Prices on SilverBunch.com are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price for the merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day& time of purchase.

Conflict of terms

Cancellation & Returns

• You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail relating to that product. You can cancel one order item within an order without cancelling the entire order if the order contains 2 or more order items. For custom-orders,making charges excluding discounts will be deducted incase cancellation is done. Paymentgateway transaction fee would be deducted in case of cancellation.
• For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
• Once the product is returned under our 30 Day Money Back policy (not applicable on coins) the refund will be credited to the account which was used for making payment.

Return Policy

Any item delivered to the customer can only be returned if the delivered item had been received in damaged condition or a wrong product had been shipped. Please share the video recording of the parcel while opening the parcel. Make sure the product cannot be returned for the reason being that the product is not liked by the customer or any other reason. You could ask for return in maximum 2 days of the delivery after sharing videos and contacting our team, writing an email to support@silverbunch.com.

Refund Policy

For cancelled orders or returned orders , the refund will be initiated after receiving the product back , in case was delivered. Refund will be processed back to the account from which the order was placed. This may teake 3-4 working days. For further query write us to: support@silverbunch.com

Applicable laws

Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Uttar Prasesh, India,Meerut regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the courts located in India country, Uttar Pradesh, city Meerut shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
